All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at jacobcaronfortin@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately and offer a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
